  • Files uploaded to ZappFiles are stored for the duration set by the user and are automatically deleted after expiration.
  • We do not access, analyze, or share uploaded files, except as required by law.

We collect usage data, such as how you interact with the platform, to improve the service and to measure our advertising. This is tracked via Google Analytics, Heap, Google Ads, and the Meta pixel, subject to the consent rules in section 6.
