Off-load footage from set

The ZappFiles iOS app uploads proxies and select clips straight from your iPhone. Pick from Files or Photos, share from any app, and let the upload keep running in the background while you wrap the shoot.

Step-by-step

1. Export and upload your videos

Export from Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, then drag the files or the whole project folder into ZappFiles. Thumbnails and in-browser previews are generated for you.

2. Brand your delivery page

Add your logo, choose your brand colors, and write a quick note for your client. Set link expiration to match your timeline, whether it is a fast approval round or a longer archive.

3. Send the download link

Copy your link and share it by email, text, or your project tool. Clients open a clean download page with video previews and file details, and they do not need an account.

4. Confirm delivery completion

On Pro and Max, see how many times each file was downloaded, and roughly where from, in your dashboard. Enough to wrap the project and send the invoice without asking whether the files arrived.

Yes. Upload the export exactly as it left Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve: MP4, MOV, ProRes, DNxHD, whatever the job called for. Nothing is transcoded or compressed, so the grade, bitrate, and export settings your client receives are the ones you rendered. Up to 250 GB in one transfer on Max.

Every video shows a thumbnail, its duration, and its file size on the download page. Click one and it streams in the browser at full quality. Not a short clip, the whole file. Clients can watch the cut first and then decide what to download. On the Reel layout the video plays right on the page, no pop up.

Any file your editing software exports. ZappFiles stores the file as is, so there is no format list to check against. In-browser playback covers the formats browsers can play: MP4, MOV, AVI, WEBM, and MKV. Anything else shows a file type icon with its name and size, and downloads exactly as you sent it.

Yes. Wedding filmmakers, production companies, and solo editors use it for client handoffs. Whole projects up to 250 GB, links that last from 10 days to a year depending on plan, a password when the footage is sensitive, and a download page in your studio's branding on Max.

Pro picks the download page layout: Classic, Grid, or Reel, in light or dark. Max adds your logo, your colors, a background or cover photo, and your own headline text, plus a brand.zappfiles.com address for the link. Set it up once and every delivery after that is on brand.

Send up to 3 GB right now without an account. A free account raises that to 5 GB with 14 day links. Pro is $10/mo, or $8/mo billed yearly, for 50 GB transfers, 60 day links, password protection, and download tracking. Max is $15/mo, or $12/mo billed yearly, for 250 GB transfers, links that last a year, and full branding. If a single delivery is over 50 GB, Max is the one you want.

No. Your client opens the link, watches what they want, and downloads everything as one zip or just the files they tick. No signup, no app, nothing to install.
