ZappFiles uses Stripe to handle all payments securely. Here is what you need to know about billing, invoices, and managing your subscription.
Payment methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is handled securely and is never stored on our servers. All payment processing happens through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Billing cycle
Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month (or year, if you chose yearly billing). You will receive an invoice via email for each payment.
Updating your payment method
You can update your payment method through the billing portal. If your card expires or you want to switch to a different one, the change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your existing transfers remain accessible until they expire.
