Download Page Branding

Colors

You can customize eight different colors on your download page:

• Background color
• Main text color
• Accent color
• Heading text color
• Button color
• Logo color
• Menu background color
• Menu text color

This gives you full control over the look and feel of your download page. Match it to your brand guidelines for a consistent experience.

Logo

Upload your own logo to replace the ZappFiles logo on the download page. Your logo appears in the navigation bar at the top, so your recipients see your brand first when they open the download link. You can remove or replace your logo at any time.

Background image

Add a custom background image to your download page. This could be a portfolio piece, a brand pattern, or anything that represents your work. The background image replaces the solid background color when set. You can remove it anytime to go back to a solid color.

Greeting text

The download page shows a greeting message to your recipients, displayed across three lines. By default it says "We have some files for you". You can change this to anything - include your company name, a personal message, or a call to action for your clients.

File count display

You can toggle whether the file count badge is visible on the download page. This is a small detail, but some brands prefer a cleaner look without the badge.

Live preview editor

The customization page includes a live preview that updates as you make changes. You can see exactly how your download page will look before saving. The editor also has reset buttons to go back to defaults or revert to your last saved settings.

Template selection

Your branding is applied on top of your chosen download page template. When you switch between the light and dark template, the default colors adjust automatically to fit, but you can always override them with your own.
