We know this matters to creatives. Your files are your intellectual property and ZappFiles treats them that way.
We do not train AI on your files
ZappFiles does not use customer files to train AI models or machine learning systems. Not now, not in the future. Your photos, videos, designs, and documents are only used to provide the file sharing service. Nothing more.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Your account information and file metadata are used only to operate the service and improve your experience. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Why this matters
For photographers, designers, videographers, and other creative professionals, the files you share often represent unpublished or client work. You need to know that your work is not being scraped, analyzed, or fed into systems that could reproduce it. ZappFiles is built by creatives, for creatives, and we take this seriously.
Files are deleted after expiry
Once your transfer expires or you delete it, the files are permanently removed from our servers. We do not keep copies, backups of expired files, or any derivatives. When it is gone, it is gone.
