Plans
ZappFiles offers several plans to match your needs. You can start sending files without an account, or sign up for more storage and features.
Without an account
You can send files right away without creating an account. Uploads are limited to 3 GB per transfer with a maximum expiry of 10 days. This is a quick option for one-off transfers when you just need to send something fast.
Free plan
Sign up for free and get 5 GB per upload with expiry up to 14 days. You also get access to your upload history. The Free plan gives you more room to work with at no cost.
Pro plan
The Pro plan unlocks 50 GB per upload and expiry up to 60 days. You also get:
- Email notification to your recipient
- Server location selection (4 regions)
- Delete after download
- Download page template selection
- Transfer management (add/remove files, edit expiry and title)
- Download analytics and history
- Password protection
Max plan
The Max plan includes everything in Pro, plus:
- 250 GB per upload
- Expiry up to 365 days
- Full download page branding (colors, logo, background, text)
- Custom subdomain
All plans include
Every plan, including the free options, gives you unlimited uploads, drag and drop file selection, folder structure support, file previews, automatic zipping, and AES-256 encryption. For full details, check the pricing page.
